GENERAL CODITIONS OF BOOKINGS
1- RATES
In general, all prices which are published in this brochure are in Euros , otherwise in CUC
accordingly specified. Services, depart airport tax, consumption and expenses during the
flight are not included. The basic fare of each travel is adjusted according to the number of
participants, star class and quantity of nights to stay in those.(NOT DAYS)These fares vary
notably from season to season and during specified local events with international attraction
in the destinations.
Our prices are calculated on agreements previously arranged with the providers of the
services, as airlines, car companies and hotel chains, and are all published inclusive tax, if not
expecified the contrary.
2- RATES REVIEW
Our prices are established on the base of economical conditions at the date of issue of the
brochure. They depend on different factors to make a calculation as cost of traansportation
engaged to the price of gas-oil and several taxes (local VAT, airport tax, security tax, etc),
exchange rate. So they are reviewable if any of the factors previously mentioned changes.
Once a new price is calculated. It will be published and informed to those travelers with
non-confirmed reservations of more than 30 days in advance. In case of not accepting the
new conditions, those reservations will be annulated with no cost for any party. Reservations
(in any status)ith 30 or less days before departure won't be affected by the new rate.
3- BOOKING COSTS
It will be charged an amount of EUR 15.00 per person per booking inclusive EUR 8,50 for
delivery costs.
4- MODIFICATION
All modifications will have an initial charge of Eur 15.00 per person per booking NON-
REMBOURSABLE plus the cost of the specified change. And under the following conditions:
* Only non-confirmed modifications are FREE of charge.
* Flight changes should be for any date ONLY later the original reservation and will be
an amount according to the airline.
* Changes in hotels check-in dates cost Eur. 50,00 per adult plus the difference of rate
of new room, type, season, date.
* If the Traveler does not accept the new price , it will be made an Annulation of the Booking.
5- ANNULATION
* Annulation of any confirmed service will have a charge of the total cost of all requested
services of the first day and night in the destination.
* Cancellation of non-confirmed services are COST FREE.
6- FORMALITIES
* Traveler must have all required documents for entry in the destination country. A passport
valid minimum for 6 months after the expected return date is mandatory. An touristic card
(visa) is required for entry in Cuba. No-cuban citizens may request it to VaraderoNet. The
cost of a touristic card (visa) to Cuba is Eur 20,00.
* Minors should enter the country accompanied by an adult.
7- NO SHOW
VaraderoNet is not responsible for NO-SHOW of the traveler at check in/out times in airports
whatever the cause, even if the reason is a result of Force Majeure.
Force Majeure are considered or events or circusntances beyond of the control of both
parties, such and not only wars, strikes, riots, crimes, acts of nature.
8- RESPONSIBILITY
This catalogue is edited under the responsibility of VaraderoNet, and it is not engaged to the
airlines, hotel chains, car companies or other providers and sponsors which services are
published in. This entities should not be entitled to responsibility except in case of
irregularities of transportations or services.
All luggage, values and objects whatever the nature, in posession of the traveler are
transported at free will and at risk .In any case, VaraderoNet WILL NOT assume responsibility
for absence, damage of loss of luggage. Nor for traveler's brake of customs laws in the
country of departure, stopovers or destination. It is responsibility of the traveler to obey
the local laws in each and every country.
10- LUGGAGE
It is responsibility of the traveler. It may aswell be arranged an insurance via VaraderoNet
with Europeesche Verzekering.
11- ANNULATION OF THE TRAVEL BY THE ORGANIZER
The traveler will have 100% money back of purchased excursions if the annulation of this
service is made by the organizer due to lack of participants.
13- CLAIMS
If there are problems during the travel, please report it to the local representative to find a
solution at place.By default all observations and claims should be reported to us within 30
days after the return date of the destination country. In case of overbookings and/or force
majeure situations, our representative will offer you a hotel room in the same or closest
location with the same or higher rating at the same price. In case of accepting this offer
after the period and when it is possible to return to the original booked hotel, the traveler
is entitled to return, otherwise it will be charged the difference between both prices.
In any case of complaints, it is required to make it first at the reception of the hotel and
the local representative. Once the traveler is back, and Varaderonet gets that information it
starts the legal procedure between VaraderoNet and the Organizer/supplier.
14- INSURANCE
By default our programs do not include Incurance. This may be requested at will to
To VaraderoNet.
15- EXTENSON OF VALIDITY
This General Conditions of bookings have unlimited validity. They may aswell be reviewed
and adapted by VaraderoNet once in a while without previous notice to the Traveler. Please
print a copy of the current GCB for your adminstration and/or legal issues.
16-LEGAL AGREEMENT
The Traveler by requesting services to VaraderoNet agrees to all GENERAL CONDITIONS OF
BOOKINGS previously exposed, together with the PRIVACY POLICY and DISCLAIMER over the
use of this website.
